PPL Eagle
The retrofittable PPL Eagle camera system detects missing or incorrectly inserted folding sheets as well as swapped language versions. Image and barcode recognition, error response and log files create traceable quality assurance. The solution detects errors before they have costly consequences and generally raises the quality level.
PPL-Spider
Our latest new development will come onto the market in spring 2027: a machine for thread sewing that structurally ensures product quality. PPL Spider strengthens the typical quality characteristics of thread stitching: resilient, long-lasting book blocks, good opening behavior and reproducible stitching quality.
